edit_note

Describe

Tell us what matters.
Say what you want to understand or improve, in your own words. ProgressFlow turns that into a way to track it, not a catalog of predefined trackers.
stylus

Observe

Record observations in seconds.
Capture what happens with voice, photos, or quick taps as life happens, so the record is evidence, not memory.
chart_data

Understand

Explore charts, timelines, and patterns.

FAQ

You describe what you want to understand; ProgressFlow turns that into a way to track it. You observe as life happens. Then you ask questions of the record. That is evidence over memory, not another predefined habit tracker.

Alpha users tracked symptoms and health measurements, driving and earnings, reading, sleep, pet training, practice, and more. The same system adapted to very different problems. Hypothetical catalogs are less useful than that.

We have completed our first active alpha and are incorporating what we learned. ProgressFlow is currently in development. Join beta waitlist if you want to be notified when the next cohort opens. There is no lifetime-premium early-access offer.

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, never shared with third parties, and you control what to share. Export or delete your data anytime.
